Refund policy

Floral Sweeties has a 14 day return policy; within 14 days of receiving the item you may request a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fee, and the item must be returned to FS within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and in original packaging. In order to begin the return process, please email floralsweeties@gmail.com. Proof of purchase is required. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damage/Issue with Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate amend the issue.
